CNES

Regardless of whether you act as an Individual or a Legal Entity, if you have a health establishment it must be regularly registered with the CNES.

The National Register of Health Establishments is valid for 06 months.

Implications of not having an active and updated CNES

You may be prevented from receiving covenant values!
You can receive fines from supervisory bodies!
You could lose your current covenants!

What is needed to keep CNES always active and up to date?

Control CNES transmission deadlines;
Always keep the mandatory licenses of the Health Facility up to date;
Whenever any change occurs in the internal structure of your Health Facility, transmit a new update from the CNES.
